Our Claim settlement process is simple in terms of both procedures and documentations. Documents required for some of the classes of claims are given below, however certain other documents are required depending on the nature, type of claim involved and individual circumstances.

How to lodge a Claim
In the event of any incident which might give rise to a loss under the Policy, Insured can notify us over phone followed by written notification. Our expert claims handling professional will then extend their full co-operation to inform you the next course of action.
Loss minimization efforts
Insured should put his maximum efforts to minimize the loss, for example, if fire occurred in the premises they should try to extinguish the fire, protect the other materials which may consequently be damaged, immediately inform the Fire Brigade Authority, segregate the damaged / undamaged items etc.
